3 tips for beating dry winter skin
With the cooler weather creeping in, your skin becomes vulnerable to the dry air, cold winds and indoor heating. Here are our 3 top tips for beating dry skin:
- Hydrate from the inside. In the cooler weather we often don’t feel like we need to drink as much water. Keep your water intake up. Also make sure you are eating plenty of essential fatty acids (EFAs) (avocado, oily fish, nuts, flaxseed oil). EFA’s are especially good for preventing dry skin, whiteheads and blackheads.
